Comment from Michele Martin on 2024-10-05 01:11:55: It is wheelchair accessible until 10pm if you park in the lot. New management is not at all understanding or compassionate to those with certain mental health issues like Ptsd. Capital realty completely ignored the tenants basic needs and civil rights when renovating for over 2 years. It was the most horrible experience ever. I have since been wrongly evicted and now homeless due to the incompetent and far from accommodating to my increasing struggle with Ptsd triggered by the dozens of no notice entries and disrespect during 24/7 renovations during 2019-2021. All pleas and or complaints to capital realty or mayflower office personnel were ignored.
