Comment from Barron Hill II on 2014-12-28 02:28:04: I currently live in Barron's Hill Apartment II. This part of Barron Hill's is owned by FHA, while Barron Hill I is owned by a private owner. Barron Hill's II is very different. The driveway is not kept up, there are holes and it is uneven, unlike Barron Hill I, which is up to date paved with no ditches or holes. A window fell out from the second story, the police frequent here, there is mold growing on rims of the windows, the water and heat is not included, and even though we pay for our own hot water, they put an amount on how much we get at a time. It is not managed fairly, and it is a disgrace that due to it is own by FHA, is it not taken care of. They even took the fire extinguishers out because they did not want to update them.
