Comment from Ed.. on 2022-01-12 10:32:11: I got turned down here because they said I didn't meet the "timeline" for the application, even though they never even defined what the "timeline" is. They offered me an available apt. from their pre-app. waitlist on a Thur. night & said I had five days to accept offer. I accepted right away by email but the office was closed for the next three days. On Mon., the fourth day, I got an email saying someone would call back that day but they didn't call until 5:00 pm.The next day Tue., they sent another email with additional document requirements needed to complete the application..I replied by email the same day. That's when they sent me a letter by postal mail rejecting the application because it didn't meet their undefined "timeline". So good luck trying to make an application with these people.
