Amenities include a community room with a kitchen, a library, an exercise room, laundry facility, and an outdoor patio and garden, all designed specifically for seniors. The building’s staff includes an on-site resident manager, and services coordinator to work with residents to access services for seniors in addition to those provided by the neighboring Ralph and Mary Ruggieri Senior Center. Rosewood Terrace is funded by the City of Union City and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. In order to qualify, residents must earn less than half of the area median income.
