Details: PONDEROSA ESTATES is a Limited Equity housing Cooperative located within an unincorporated area of Marin County known as Marin City. The Cooperative consists of a total of 56-units built in 1965 and was later incorporated as a limited equity Cooperative in 1980. The apartments are contained within several two and three story wood-framed buildings. The Cooperative is a 100% Section 8 based property. Each unit is finished with painted drywall, carpet and vinyl flooring, laminated counters and wood cabinets. Units are equipped with gas stoves with ovens, exhaust hood, and refrigerators in kitchens and all have patios or balconies. The three bedroom units are two-story town homes, which features all of the above, but also have washer and dryer hook-ups and small fenced yards.
