Qualifying economic income limits are Very Low and Extremely Low as published by HUD (Department of Housing and Urban Development) each year. The Section 811 program allows persons with disabilities to live as independently as possible in the community by subsidizing rental housing opportunities which provide access to appropriate supportive services. It is the property’s policy to accept and process applications in accordance with applicable HUD Handbooks and regulations. When the waiting list is open, applications can be requested from North Bay Industries (Management Agent), Monday - Friday during normal business hours. Muirfield Apartments has 24 single bedroom units for independent living, including a manager’s unit. There is a large community room, laundry facilities and an elevator. This apartment building is located within walking distance of a large shopping center which includes several fast food restaurants, grocery store and movie complex. |
