Welcome to Peak Apartments, Sheridan’s newest affordable housing community.  We expect the first units will be available in September 2012 and we are excited to offer this new community to Sheridan.

 

The community consists of 48 multi-family units in two buildings.  There are 16 two-bedroom, two bathroom units and 32 three-bedroom, two-bathroom units.  All units have a patio or a balcony.  Attached is a rendering of the finished buildings and the floor plans.

 

Each unit comes completely equipped and ready to move in.  The kitchen has a smooth-top stove, self-cleaning oven, refrigerator, microwave, and garbage disposal.  Each unit also has its own washer and dryer.  All appliances are “Energy Star” rated.

 

The units are air-conditioned and have extra insulation for low utility bills.  Heating, cooling and hot water are all electric.  They also have programmable thermostats and ceiling fans in the living room and master bedroom to aid in energy efficiency.  The buildings will be “Enterprise Green Communities” certified to demonstrate compliance with the latest in energy-saving features.

 

Each unit comes with its own designated carport and separate storage unit.  Likewise, the community will have a picnic pavilion; barbeque grill, picnic tables, and children’s play area.  The community will also have garden plots for your use.

 

Rents start at $512 for a two bedroom, two bath units and at $587 for a three bedroom, two bath units.  The owner pays for water and trash removal.  Residents are responsible for electricity.

 

The project was financed, in part, with tax credits from the Wyoming Community Development Authority.  Therefore, the rents are restricted to certain family income levels.  Please visit with our property managers to determine if your family qualifies.

Welcome to Covey Run Apartments, Sheridan’s newest senior affordable housing community.  We expect the first units will be available in August 2012 and we are excited to offer this new senior (55+) community to Sheridan.

 

The community consists of 42 units in one building with an elevator.  There are 25 one-bedroom, one bathroom units and 17 two-bedroom, one bathroom units.  All units have a patio or a balcony.  Attached is a rendering of the finished buildings and the floor plans.
