Tenants pay just 30% of their income for rent. All apartments are one bedroom apartments that include both a kitchen with appliances and a full bathroom. A fully wheelchair accessible apartment is also available. Gas heat and gas hot water is included with the rent. Residents of the apartment complex are able to utilize on-site amenities which include coin-operated laundry facilities, a community room, tenant storage lockers, and free off-street parking. This apartment complex also includes a secure main entry and on-site resident management. Many area conveniences (e.g. grocery stores, pharmacies, banking, restaurants, medical clinics, etc...) are located within 1/2 mile of the site. This facility is located just a few blocks south of the commercial/retail area along Sunset Drive.
