A nutrition site is located in the Clough Avenue building. Administrative, maintenance and regional manager offices are also located within the complex, facilitating easy access to CCB Housing Management staff. Two of the three buildings were constructed on the old St. Mary’s Hospital site. The third is an elegant remnant of St. Mary’s Hospital, converted to residential apartments at the time of the construction of the sister buildings, and appropriately named St. Mary’s Hall.
