T. Salisbury, for whom the street is named, and later as the Ethan Allen Furniture Company’s Plant #1. The Salisbury Square site had been idle since 1991 when the Ethan Allen furniture company ceased operations. Now given new life, this building, along with two new adjacent buildings, will provide 14 affordable apartments. Rents will range from $550-605 for a 1 Bedroom, $645-715 for a 2 Bedroom, and $820 for a 3 Bedroom apartment. Heat and Hot Water will be included in the monthly rent. Income limits do apply.
