Details: In lovely downtown Maryville sits our high-rise property explicitly designed for the elderly community in our area. With 16 stories and 150 one-bedroom apartments, Broadway Towers provides eligible persons 62 or older or single individuals 18 or older who are living with a disability a centrally located home with easy access to restaurants, banks, shops, and theaters. Each apartment is approximately 600 square feet, and a large community laundry room on the ground floor is available 24 hours. Community agencies and local churches provide many services for the residents at little or no cost. There is limited resident parking in the two parking garages but there is a public parking lot adjacent to the building where residents and guests may park free of charge. All community areas are non-smoking, and new residents must also agree to keep their apartments smoke-free.
