ONE RESIDENT OWNS TWO VICIOUS PIT BULLS THAT HAVE ATTACHED A RESIDENT AND OTHER DOGS ON THE PROPERTY, HAS BEEN QUARANTINED AND ONE IS NOW REGISTERED AS DANGEROUS. MANAGEMENT ALLOWS THEIR CONTINUED RESIDENCY. ALSO, THIS MANAGEMENT TEAM IS NOT ORIENTED TO RESIDENT CONCERNS. VERY LOW QUALITY HERE!!

Comment from resident on 2015-01-02 02:21:10: DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Management is lazy and doesn't take care of the grounds, the complex is full of drug dealers and people that don't watch their kids, and severely mentally unstable residents. I have had a horrible experience living there, management lost all my paperwork and then punished me for it, my neighbor threatened me over parking and management ignored it so I had to call the police and then the same neighbor sent his kids after mine and they broke his arm in 2 places. Management still doesn't do anything about it but send snotty letters blaming me for everything. Time for a lawyer.
