Ppl without heat for 3 months! Intentional I may add! A busted resident door from 2021 still hasn't been completed! Total lack of compliance from management/ owner. Can never reach Monroe Group for anything. And pray you don't have an emergency, there is no one available nor even a number to call. It's a slum run by slum lords who's only interest is the money.
