It always has new employees, tenants are many times ignored and no leadership to deal with basic issues that happen. I would checkout Creekside and others in the area operated by larger companies.

I toured many apartment buildings, senior homes, etc. And I am sorry to say, THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER HAD THE GOD AWFUL EXPERIENCE TO EVER VISIT IN MY LONG LIFETIME.
