Comment from Yvette Willis on 2024-10-04 00:00:17: terrible maintenance major water leaks for over 5 months no repairs no answer from the building office maintenance just gives you hopes of repair very dangerous situation to have major water leaks without repairs being done. laundry room wash machines don't work dryers half work coin machine out of order no available parking constant drug addicts roaming around the building and sitting outside. one of the maintenance is on drugs come to do repairs high as a kite!! just terrible that we as black people don't care about our community or where we have to live.Do you have experience with NEW COMMUNITY COMMONS SENIOR?
