Comment from John Williams on 2014-12-28 03:16:34: The Liberty Apartments, Disston Apartments and Schoolhouse Apartments are all at different addresses. They are all run down, rodent/bug infested, drug infested, multiple shootings per year, ownen by slum lords from New York and run by an individual that should not be allowed on the property under H.U.D. guidelines. They received a H.U.D. inspection score of 47.29 out of 100 which is the worst score in Atlantic City for a H.U.D. inspection. I would NOT advise anyone to move into any of these properties
