Comment from iris on 2019-07-26 12:47:41: I live at North Bergen Arms Condos which is down the block from Granton Gardens. The issue is Granton Gardens has implemented a new policy. They have assigned parking to their tenants, which has caused major parking issues on our block. Their parking lots now are almost empty while we are now fighting for public parking on the street. Whatever their reason is for doing this is not resolving anything. People are now parking their cars on the street and not moving them. There are tenants saving parking spaces for other tenants. It is lowering our property value. There are some of the units here that are rented and the tenants are looking to move now because of the parking issue. There are actually three condo associations on this block and we are all having the same issue. We have taken this to the town.Do you have experience with GRANTON GARDENS?
