Comment from Tenant on 2024-10-09 20:28:18: Moved in my health wasn’t bad. I came out with lung damage And a deviated septum So many of my belongings were ruined from mold and chipmunks getting in and chewing my belongings upfrom mold, stockpile trash with dirty kitty litter cigarette smoke coming in. Management did nothing so many termites. I had fly ribbons hanging up for the termites management would do nothing to help. I would not suggest moving in here. It was nice at one time, but no more and this is even after the renovations were done. They’re probably three or four hoarders living in there they do nothing about. I live next to One. There were many dead cats. The woman kept in her apartment after they died, even putting them in the freezer. I was so sick and the mold and they did nothing about it for a very long time. When I sat on my porch, I saw them taking these cats out. There were probably anywhere from 8 to 12 maybe more because over the next two months there were more dead cats coming out in the middle of the night when we were sneaking them out to bury them. Not to mention this peeping Tom, that was a tenant as well still lives there looking in windows at night also she’s the one that digs a grave and buries animals in it. I would never suggest for anyone to move in here. The management does not care and appealing to the board really does no good. They just don’t care. I put up with so much harassment from a man that lives in there that is also on the board that I moved. I went out of state. I came back and he arrested me even more. It was nonstop. Because of my health, I recently moved again and got out of there when I got to my new home going through my belongings. Everything I own was covered with mold. We would tell them, but they wouldn’t listen if they didn’t care they did nothing about it even the stock pile trash nothing about it and it continues on the same way
