Details: Esperanza Apartments is a lovely affordable community for older adults and persons who are mobility impaired (age 55 and older). The community is located just off the Light Rail in Seattle. Our modern, one-bedroom apartments are conveniently located next to parks, Seattle Senior Centers, community gardens, shopping, churches, and more. Our community is reserved for residents who earn less than 60 percent of the area median gross income. There is a limit of 2 tenants that can live in a 1 bedroom apartment. The head of household must be at least 55 years of age or older. Section 8 Vouchers are welcomed and are a replacement for the minimum income requirement. Esperanza is a smoke-free community.
