Details: This Tudor style apartment complex is located in a park-like setting in North Spokane. Woodhaven provides 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and townhouses in a peaceful setting of mature pine trees and ample open space. Amenities include a large recreation building with a full kitchen, big screen television, pool table and outdoor patio area. In addition there is a seasonal pool, playground area and space for barbecues and picnics. All three bedroom units have washer/dryer hook-ups. Woodhaven was acquired and redeveloped in 2015 by Cedar Haven LLLP, using Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and tax exempt bonds. This $11.2 million acquisition/rehabilitation project was made possible thanks to the sponsors of the project, which include: the Spokane Housing Authority, equity investor CREA and bond and construction financing provided by Banner Bank. Incomes are restricted to renters with incomes at or below 60 percent of AMI. Rents are also restricted by LIHTC rent limits and the project will remain affordable for at least 40 years.

All birds and hamsters must be kept in cages. Only one (1) fur bearing pet per unit is allowed, or a maximum of two (2) birds OR two (2) hamsters per unit allowed. Only one (1) 20 gallon aquarium per unit is allowed. Any animal deemed to be potentially harmful to the health or safety of others, including attack or fight trained dogs, will not be allowed. No animal may exceed thirty (30) pounds in adult weight.
