Specially designed for active seniors, we know you will enjoy the lifestyle here at Lindbergh Parc - you’ll meet new friends playing bingo, or while enjoying an afternoon of live music. Or find a partner to work out with at the fitness center or swimming pool. Our all-enclosed community means that you won’t need to go outside to get your hair done at our very own Beauty/Barber Shop, buy groceries from our General Store, or watch a movie in our Movie Theater with extra comfortable lounge chairs. Our computer center is inside too, so you can catch up on e-mails or search for answers via the internet. While every resident’s front door opens to a climate controlled interior hallway, you still have a full-sized patio to lounge the day away, or grow some gorgeous plants and vegetables. Only dogs, cats, birds or fish are allowed. Aquariums will be allowed with a 10-gallon maximum capacity. No more than two pets shall be permitted per apartment. Pet Deposit is $300.00 per pet. Animals full grown must weigh no more than 35 lbs. All pets must be photographed at move-in and photograph to be attached to Animal Agreement. Pets must have vaccinations and be registered with the City. All pets must be on a leash when outside of the apartment. Breed restrictions apply to dogs. Unacceptable breeds may include, but are not limited to: Boxer, Bull Terrier, Dingo, Giant Schnauzer, German Shepherds, Rottweiler, Pit/Bulls/American Staffordshire Terriers, Chow Chows, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Dobermans, Mastiffs, Huskies, Malamutes, Great Danes, Saint Bernard, Shar-Peis, Wolf-hybrids and other breeds of a vicious or aggressive nature or mixes of these breeds. Prohibited Animals/Reptiles, may include: Tarantulas, Reptiles (snakes, iguana, etc.), Ferrets, Skunks, Squirrels, Rabbits, Raccoons, Rodents (rats, mice), Pot Belly pigs, other farm or exotic animals.
