Details: Oak Ridge Townhouses, located off Colonial Drive in north Towanda, was developed by Trehab and Monarch Development Group, a Pennsylvania for-profit corporation. Trehab manages this development, along with three other housing development sites in Bradford County. Major site excavation work of this 8.95 acre site was completed, which included extensive in-ground utility installation to support the 40 townhouses. The first two buildings of this $6 million development were completed and rented in January of 2009. Construction of all 8 buildings was completed in May of 2009, with all townhouses rented as of June of 2009.
