Details: Our “Parkside” Building is situated on the northernmost part of our campus and nestles into Franklin Park just beyond. This building also offers spectacular views of Mt. Rainier on those clear Northwest days. Recognized as one of Tacoma’s finest senior living, this brick-clad building features 7 stories of both studio and single bedroom units to choose from. Units are warm and inviting and come complete with kitchenettes, a full sink, refrigerator, and cooktop. All utilities and a basic cable package are included. Our ''Mountainside'' building is situated just East of the Parkside building. Mountainside features 3 unique studio floorplan options along with single-bedroom and double-bedroom floor plans. Basic studio at 330 sf., the deluxe studio at 350 sf., and an alcove studio at 380 sf. which tend to go quickly due to feeling similar to a Single-bedroom without the price. At 450 sf. the single-bedrooms unit features a large walk-in closet, and finally a double-bedroom layout at 625 sf. Included in the cost of rent is a dining experience (2 meals a day), monthly housekeeping, all utilities, and basic cable.
