Comment from sleepy on 2024-11-12 00:20:02: the thing no one even the managers is that people who are out of prison on probation are lodged in Hoy and facility next to it. Most are determined to get jobs and not cause trouble but there are some who are convicted murders who are a danger to the elderly and disabled and their fellow pobationers. How they were released is a wonder to me. They threaten the elderly for money and just for the pleasure of scaring them.Do you have experience with HOY TOWERS? Add your review/comment here
