The building also features recreational space including an exercise room, computer lab, and a landscaped courtyard which connects to Webster's adjacent residence, Park House. Together, Park House and Webster provide 418 units of supportive and affordable housing in the Tremont section of the Bronx. This building offers 24-hour security, fitness room, garden, courtyard, computer lab, on-site laundry (coin operated) and bicycle storage room. Each studio apartment has a private bath, a kitchenette with cooking facilities, and a refrigerator
