Many tenants make use of extensive bike storage in the courtyard, riding to the store, to the subway, or in neighboring Hamilton Fish Park, and blending in with the long-time locals, immigrant newcomers and trendy hipsters who make the neighborhood what it is today. Residents: 104 formerly homeless single adults, many with special needs, 103 low-income working adults from the Lower East Side, 55 Foyer youth.
