A continuum of Hebrew Home’s 100-year-plus tradition of caring for seniors and the most vulnerable New Yorkers, Boston Road takes seniors out of New York City’s shelter system and into a nurturing environment, where a myriad of social activities along with case management are offered onsite. We strive to eliminate homelessness amongst New York City’s senior population, through developing and operating supportive housing programs with onsite social services. Apartments: Studio and one-bedroom apartments, all fully accessible; Spacious floor plans; Full kitchens with stone countertops; Accessible, full bathrooms; Air-conditioning; Luxury vinyl flooring; Window treatments; Emergency pull cord and intercom system to security desk 24/7.
