Comment from dmih on 2014-12-15 19:49:41: Been denied twice citing my credit report as the reason. I guess if you pay your bills and rent on time for ten years straight but don't have a good credit score you won't qualify for this subsidized apartment. No charge offs or delinquent accounts, great landlord references... I think they deny because I have a teenage son at home.
