Rents at the Gateway Vista Apartments are based on a percentage of area median income. Residents have access to YWCA services at no cost, including financial, legal, and clinical counseling; education and skills training; and job placement. Residents receive the help needed to set themselves on the path to safe and sustainable futures. Residents must be pre-qualified and meet income limits. Gateway Vista opened in 2018 in a campus-like setting with many exceptional amenities on-site and nearby. Plans include 1-and 2-bedroom apartments.
