Details: YWCA Billings offers 24 affordable apartments on its campus to low-income individuals and families, with preference given to Gateway Shelter residents and other survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. Rents at the Gateway Vista Apartments are based on a percentage of area median income. Residents have access to YWCA services at no cost, including financial, legal, and clinical counseling; education and skills training; and job placement. Residents receive the help needed to set themselves on the path to safe and sustainable futures. Residents must be pre-qualified and meet income limits. Gateway Vista opened in 2018 in a campus-like setting with many exceptional amenities on-site and nearby. Plans include 1-and 2-bedroom apartments. Two ADA equipped units allow for easy accessibility. Community Amenities: Play Area; Outdoor Patio; Library/Computer Room; On-Site Manager. Apartment Amenities: Spacious units with large windows and large closets; Refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher included; Furnished and unfurnished apartments available; Laundry facilities on each floor; Elevator; Secured entry; Extra storage; Central air conditioning; Off-street resident parking; Car plug-ins
