A lovely rose garden, picturesque park, and public walking trail are just across the street from the former hotel and the gardens provide a beautifully fragrant attraction when the roses and wisteria are in season. The residents of Henry Clay decided several years ago that they wanted their motto to be….”The Henry Clay…A Family of Friends,” and that is just what they are. From the abundant group activities and outings to the community service projects headed up by the residents, the elders at the Henry Clay have become more than neighbors, they have become family.
