Comment from ThisGuyRightHere on 2020-10-07 17:46:56: I've lived here since they opened their gates. The buildings are made of the cheapest material possible and absolutely everything in the apartments are the cheapest version of everything they could find. I am common garden variety tenant. I don't have parties, I don't rough house. I don't bash or yank things or however people tend to destroy their apartments. In the time I've lived here virtually every appliance has fallen apart despite very normal use. They know everything is flimsy so no matter what they'll treat you like you're a steroid abusing Neanderthal and charge you for every appliance. I don't recommend this place at all. I'll comment here again when I move. If they try to replace these cheap plastic toys with expensive appliances on my dime I'll sue. I definitely feel like I'm being taken advantage of living here. Here are some things that have happened; blinds are made of disposable plate plastic and will fly off and crack if there's any wind. Every handle on everything has come right off, stove, microwave, fridge, doors etc The washer and dryer have both required maintenance at least once. The front doors are metal so they expand and contract with the weather. Due to this the deadbolt has been shifted out of place and can no longer be used. The door itself is falling apart and damaging the door frame around it. It should be illegal to charge someone for damaged property when the cheapest and most fragile products are intentionally used. Don't live here. Not now, not ever
