Comment from anonymous on 2014-12-18 03:38:53: I would strongly suggest that this property be checked out. The management is a joke, the apartments have not been updated in years. The carpet is disgusting. I tried to clean it, but it only made it worse. The carpet has been in the building for at least the last 10 years if not more and was not replaced when I moved in 2 years ago. None of the fixtures have been replaced and the whole building looks nasty. If you can possible move somewhere else, please do. I was one of the unlucky ones who was evacuated when the awning collapsed during Hurricane Sandy and was not allowed back in my home for over 2 weeks. I was not compensated for my two weeks like I should have been and then my apartment leaked!! I just moved out this weekend, and the stains from the water damage is still on the ceiling. DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS!!!!!
