Comment from Theresa on 2017-01-02 14:50:46: Very large for a one-bedroom, including patio & very large bedroom. Have to add that the landlady and property manager are kind, cooperative when appropriate and great all around. Superior property management in all aspects. Unfortunately, the kitchen is outdated and very small, made so small by the fact that most of the cabinet shelves are much too high to reach for most people. This leaves you dependent upon the most creative (but crowded) use of the countertops. A lowering of the highest cabinet unit being cut off separate from the over-the-fridge portion, then appreciably lowered to an actual usual height rather than being the current ceiling height. The refrigerators are roomy and there are eventual addition of above/below washer/dryer units --- a GOOD THING because the closest facility offering coin op washer is in another town completely. The porches have a large outdoor locking storage closet. Downstairs, you are encouraged to plant bulbs and small perennial flowers.
