Comment from Anonymous on 2014-12-15 20:41:50: This apartment place is a perfect example of how corruption can thrive in low income housing. The manager is never on site but gets paid to manage not one but two housing developments. She depends solely on the gossip of her friends and family to determine any actions she may take. It is supposed to be a no pet apartment place but the maintenance guy is allowed to have a dog... Residents that reside in units upstairs do not have back balconies but tenants below have a balcony and a garden area. Tenants that reside upstairs have been told they are not allowed to have anything on their front balconies. Downstairs residents have also been told that they can keep a myriad of items in the walkways. I wonder if it is a coincidence that the manager is practically family with several bottom floor dwellers. This apartment place always looks torn up and children run and play in the parking lot with no regard for themselves or others around them. Toys and bicycles are left out and scattered around the property. Live here as a very last resort.Do you have experience with DESCHUTES COVE? Add your review/comment here
