Comment from Janet Van Hook on 2024-10-04 00:09:21: To whom it may concern... These apartments are going down fast. We have NO maintenance, no inspections, no repairs, etc. All repairs have to come out of the tenants pockets!! We have leaking ceilings, mold, screens beyond repair, apartments that haven't been cleaned after the tenants move in YEARS!!! With each repair, I'm told that the office in Dumas "can't afford it"!!! There's siding falling down and shingles fall off EVERY rain!!! RIDICULOUS!!!
