Most of them have loads of furniture outside of their apartments. There is no privacy. You can hear everything your neighbors do. Every door and cabinet that closes sounds like a bowling pin being knocked down. *THWACK* It. Gets. Old. The ceilings creak, snap, and pop when people walk. So DON’T choose a downstairs unit. You will never have peace. No on-site management. Laundry room is disgusting. If you can avoid it, avoid it.
