The White River Medical Center North Complex is located just a few miles north of Ash Flat in Cherokee Village and there are several physicians and pharmacies in the area. Richwood Apartments is a 25-unit complex consisting of two 1-bedroom, 1-bath units; thirteen 2-bedroom, 1-bath units; eight 3-bedroom, 1-bath units; and one 4-bedroom, 2-bath unit.
