Comment from Beth Breckenridge on 2024-10-03 23:55:44: My Mom lived in the Hickory Square Apartments for 16 years and just recently moved out. The Current Manager informed her she would not be getting her security deposit of $300 back because she moved out a different month that she moved in. The move out month had to be the same as the move in month. I find this hard to believe and would like for my mom to get her deposit back as she was an ideal tenant and left the apartment in good shape other that 16 years of wear and tear of which they would not allow her to paint at her own expense.
