Comment from Chauntel Snider on 2012-07-26 15:51:31: I have a complaint!! I turned in a maintenance slip TWO WEEKS AGO (June 8th) about someone fixing my fridge. It is over freezing things in my freezer and freezing things in my fridge part, and it has ice hanging very far down in my freezer. Yes i did defrost the freezer and it does no good and gets bad again within a week. It is now leaking water all over my kitchen floor. I called the contact phone number above and spoke to someone (do not know who it was since they failed to tell me) Monday the 18th and was told someone would come look at it, and no one has been to look at my fridge!!! This is my last attempt to contact Hayes Management, I will go to someone else, maybe the health dept. and they can come check my apartment and see the mold growing in my water heater closet that no one seems to be bothered with!!! All I ask is that things get fixed when I turn in a maintenance slip!!! Thank You.
