Comment from Sherry Asper on 2022-01-11 13:01:10: I would never live in them trashy apartments, the on-site Coordinator sure as hell don't know how to manage it. And all she is bring in to live there is young god damn children and they are Running that place up on West 4th street Lock Haven Pa. and the young snots are turning it into a w***** nest. It is nothing but Drama all the time in there. I thought that is an Elderly and Handicap Apartments, the On-Site Coordinator needs to get out of there and let someone that knows how to manage it take and not let the residents run the damn building. The Damn on-site coordinator is not there half the time when she is scheduled to be there two days out of the week then she is afraid of the residents and just lets them young snots do as they please.
