To qualify for this site an individual must be 62, handicapped or disabled. Rental Assistance is provided through Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Rents are based on 30% of adjusted income. Income limits do apply. Each apartment features wall-to-wall carpeting in the living and bedroom. The kitchen includes a refrigerator and electric range. There is excellent storage and closet space. There are two apartment buildings, each with its own coin-operated laundry. Additionally, there is an on-site office and two community rooms available for tenant use. Safety features include an emergency pull cord in each apartment and a 24 hour answering service and paging system to contact management and maintenance.
