Comment from DIANE on 2017-12-15 17:37:27: I moved into these aparments and many things needed repairs - owner would promise but never get the work done. There was mold in the closet due to the bathtub leaking. Others have complained of the same problem. I constantly had a cough when I lived here. Anyone who entered the apartment would complain of the smell of mold and mildew. These apartments are for seniors and are suppose to be up to code, but are not. I ended up moving out over the summer and still have not got my security deposit back. I have called at lease 10 times for this. I will now have to hire a lawyer to get my deposit back.
