Before I met my wife, she kept putting in for an apartment there at Caddo Ridge and Caddo Ridge Appartment Manager wouldn't Rent to my wife all because she NEVER liked my wife or our kids... Yet The Caddo Ridge Appartment Manager allows her sister Debbie Albert Evans to a apartment even? though Debbie Albert Evans has been Arrested for Drugs more than Once and has Different Drug Users living in Debbie's Apartment all the Time... Etta Kirk allows this but yet wouldn't ever Rent to my wife all because she DOESN'T LIKE my wife.. Y'all need a NEW Management..Do you have experience with CADDO RIDGE APARTMENTS?
