Comment from dont rent on 2015-08-19 03:03:37: Do not rent the apt. in Mt. Sterling, Ohio. The office manager is only on site when rent is due and is slow at getting around to calling you back, the work orders only get done a 15hrs a month schedule. Most of these apt. needs at least this much time spent in each apt. When a few tenets got BEDBUGS they were slow to respond and the management did not spray joining apt. unless that tenant had BEDBUGS. if not it was up to them to pay $200 to spray
