Comment from Janna on 2024-10-05 01:24:15: The new manager Wendy is the biggest bully I've ever seen. She picks on these older people, won't let them have plants, chairs, nothing outside. They won't fix the crappy crooked cabinets that are in the kitchen but God forbid you have anything in front of a window or the emergency pull that only your neighbor can hear..if you're lucky. This facility needs to fire this tyrant before she does even worse things to these little people. She has apparently had complain after complaint from residents and nothing happens.
