Comment from Nilmerg on 2014-12-18 02:48:50: I lived at Hacienda Del Rio Apt's for 16 years. I don't don't why I stayed that long except for the fact my relatives lived there and all passed away. I took care of each of them till they passed. But I do NOT recommend anyone to move in to this complex. It is totally infested with Bed Bugs. They do not help in any way to get rid of them. They have a new manager as of 2013 and she is a horrible n the rudest person I have ever met. It used to be a nice n clean complex. The tenants get drunk n fight with one another. The tenant's sit out n gossip about everyone that live there, spreading rumors without knowing that person at all. The tenants live like pigs n bum money and/or cigarettes off of anyone n everyone that even comes to visit or live there. The maintenance men have sex with the disabled tenants. One girl had a baby girl by one maint man. Whatever you do find or live anywhere else but Hacienda Del Rio Apt's. The new manager has tattoos n body piercings n looks like she came from skid row.
