Comment from Janette J Nance on 2020-09-29 19:04:00: My 94 year old Aunt has been living at Eagles Bay Apartments approximately 27 years...The manager at Eagles Bay has very little regard for the residents and very little regard for the fact that all the Apartments are infested with roaches and bedbugs...I, personally, and other residents have asked for this situation to be rectified. The residents of Eagles Bay should not have to spend there lives living in these conditions. The manager here stays locked in his office (in other words he locks his door) and although the residents know he is in the office he will not answer the door or address the terrible conditions the residents are living in...These residents are living in subsidized housing for obvious reasons...They have only Social Security to live on or disability income. The failure of to keep this complex in livable condition is a health hazard and is inexcusable. Please understand that the department of health will be contacted and a legal representation will be contacting you if the living conditions at this facility are not properly handled in a timely manner.

Comment from Mrs Fluhart on 2024-10-05 01:32:45: This place and the property manager is awful /Property mgr Mr Greg has very little regard for this complex and just sits on his arse with the close sign on the door All the time (doesnt answer the door) and does NOTHING to help fix and issues or problems with bugs and roaches, nor does he help fix any maintenance problems that arise in apartment! STAY Away from Mr GREG(Fluhart) complex bc he's a degenerate! He doesnt have ANY Regard for the people that live here ! He is and the place is despicable!! He's lower than a slumlord! Anyone would be sorry if sign a contract and move into an apartment HERE!
