Comment from Trice McCain on 2019-10-30 12:48:48: I hope everyones had a wonderful day when reading this. My daughter has been staying at these apartments for 7 to 9 years. Before when she asked for things to be fixed they never had the funds to fix them. They have gone threw two mangers and this new one is the third give me a second. The first new manager would ride threw the apartments at around 11 pm at night. The ladies that came to inspect the apartments Im guessing one was the O.M. argued about things in front of tents very unprofessional. The next lady was a black lady she was very nice and helpful my daughter didnt have a lot of problems from her I believe she only did what she was told as if she was the one who they put the blame on as to why things werent getting accomplished she was only at the apartment complex a year and a half. However this new manager they have, she just gave an inspection to my daughter on Wed OCT 3 2019 around 2 pm and did the inspections on her as well as others on OCT 4th 2019. Now this is my issue with this it is ELDERS that also stay in this apartment complex on the other side of my daughter. The elders of the apartments told her that her less than 24 hours notice was an inconvenience her response was it is what it is! My daughter was also told by other tents the new landlord plans to move into a vacant apartment at the beginning of the apartment complex.
