Comment from Angry tenant. on 2017-02-10 20:10:44: they suck they advertise they are income base when they are not only certain apartments in the building are. The rent is ridicoulus for the condition of the apartments. Maintenance takes forever to fix things but they still expect you to pay rent. And the landlord will make agreements with you and then break that agreement.
