Comment from MELODY VERNON on 2022-04-12 11:35:31: These apartments continue to be neglected by manager Melody Vernon and somehoe no one ever does anything about this.The place continues to fall apart and the WARREN COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY continues to fund Melody with RURAL DEVELOPMENT taxpayer money.Both Melody and the housing authority belong in jail for victimizing the disabled tenants there. I continue to work on getting Melody Vernon removed for good.She promised to retire last July but she is still currently there!!Do you have experience with WINDTRYST APARTMENTS?
